Form (a): Needs Microsoft Word installed on your computer.
(You may be able to use a free programme called "Open Office" - which you can download for free from the internet here: www.openoffice.org
Form (b) needs a free PDF reader like Adobe
To download
Click your mouse using the right button.
Left click, "Save target as"
Choose "Desktop" by left clicking on "Desktop" in the list on the left and then left clicking "Save".
Alternatively:
Left click on the icon and then click "Save"
Choose "Desktop" by left clicking on "Desktop" in the list on the left and then left clicking "Save".
To email
Please download either form (a) or (b) onto your computer.
Once the forms are downloaded onto your computer open form (a) in WORD (or OPEN OFFICE); fill them in using your computer and then send them as an attachment, with the subject line:
"CONTACT INTERNATIONAL SIGHTING REPORT"
to:
This option allows witnesses to include photographs and graphics in their email.
If you want to email the PDF file (b) then please download, using the instructions above, print the forms and fill in by hand. Scan the documents and then send as an attachment (see above).
VERY IMPORTANT
If you are intending to use the email attachment option then please email the secretary to give her advance warning. We apologise for this unavoidable inconvenience.
To send by conventional post
Both options allow for the witness to use conventional post by downloading and then printing the forms, filling them in, and including any other documentation (if applicable) - photos, drawings, letters etc - and then posting to:
